Ingredients
- 2 packs Yakisoba noodles
- 250 grams Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium Carrot, julienned
- 3 stalks Green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ketchup to make the yakisoba sauce.
- 2
If using pre-cooked yakisoba noodles, rinse them under warm water to loosen and drain well.
- 3
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
- 4
Add the remaining oil to the pan. Stir-fry the cabbage and carrots until slightly softened, about 3 minutes.
- 5
Add the noodles to the pan and toss with the vegetables for 2 minutes.
- 6
Return the shrimp to the pan and pour the sauce over the mixture. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
- 7
Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
