- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, minced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes(optional)
- 3 whole Green onions, sliced
- 3 cups Cooked white rice
- 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup Cucumber, sliced

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes until the sugar is dissolved.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef.

Cook the beef, breaking it into small crumbles with a wooden spoon, until browned and no longer pink.

Drain any excess fat from the skillet, then stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
