  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 0.5 cup Basil Pesto
  • 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze(optional)
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

    Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

    Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
