- 8 oz Dry Spaghetti or Egg Noodles
- 0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 0.25 cup Warm Pasta Water
- 0.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes(optional)
- 2 stalks Green Onions, sliced(optional)

Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the noodles according to package instructions.

While the noodles cook, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in a medium bowl.

Reserve 1/4 cup of the warm pasta water before draining the noodles.

Slowly whisk the warm pasta water into the peanut mixture until a smooth, pourable sauce forms.

Drain the noodles and return them to the pot.
