Ingredients
- 1 lb Spaghetti
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 cups Chicken or vegetable broth
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup Fresh parsley(optional)
- 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes(optional)

In a large pot or deep skillet, combine the spaghetti, minced garlic, olive oil, and broth.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to medium-high and cook, stirring frequently to prevent sticking, for about 9-11 minutes or until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.

Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Toss until a creamy sauce forms. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
