- 2 medium Potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup Green peas, steamed
- 12 sheets Samosa pastry sheets or spring roll wrappers
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for deep frying
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 piece Green chili, finely minced(optional)
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour mixed with water (glue)

Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until they crackle.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sautéing for one minute until fragrant.

Stir in the mashed potatoes, peas, turmeric, garam masala, and salt; mix thoroughly and cook for 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat, stir in fresh cilantro, and let the filling cool completely.

Cut pastry sheets into long strips (approx 2x6 inches) for the cocktail size.

Fold one corner to form a pocket, fill with one teaspoon of the mixture, and continue folding in a triangle shape.

Seal the final edge using the flour-water paste to ensure no filling escapes during frying.
