Ingredients
- 8 count Large flour tortillas
- 12 count Large eggs
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage or bacon
- 2 cups Frozen tater tots or hash browns
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt and black pepper
- 4 oz Diced green chiles(optional)
- 1 tablespoon Butter

Cook the sausage or bacon in a large skillet until browned and fully cooked, then set aside on paper towels to drain.

Bake the tater tots or hash browns according to package instructions until crispy, then roughly chop if using tots.

Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl, then scramble in a buttered skillet over medium heat until just set.

Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds to make them pliable and prevent tearing during rolling.

Layer each tortilla with equal amounts of scrambled eggs, cooked meat, potatoes, cheese, and green chiles.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to seal the filling inside.

Allow burritos to cool completely to room temperature before wrapping each individually in parchment paper and then aluminum foil.
