- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon, grated Fresh Ginger(optional)
Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Remove the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

Mix the salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder, then rub the mixture evenly over all sides of the beef ribs.
- 4
Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until the meat is tender and pulling away from the bone.

While the ribs bake, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and ginger in a small saucepan.

Simmer the sauce over medium heat for 5-8 minutes until it thickens into a syrupy glaze.

Increase oven heat to 425°F (220°C) or turn on the broiler, and bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes until the glaze is bubbling and caramelized.
