- 1 cup Fresh Cilantro (Coriander leaves)
- 1/2 cup Fresh Mint leaves
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (Hung Curd)
- 3 pieces Green Chilies
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 cups Bell Peppers and Onions (cubed)
- 1 tablespoon Mustard Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt until smooth, then add the green paste, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, salt, and mustard oil.
