- 1 1/2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes(optional)

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 3/4 inch.

Place the chicken in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring all sides are coated.

Refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
