- 2 packs Ramen noodles
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons Miso paste
- 4 cups Chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 stalks Green onions(optional)
- 2 units Soft-boiled egg(optional)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil(optional)

Mince the garlic cloves and thinly slice the green onions.

In a large pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden.

Whisk in the miso paste and soy sauce, stirring constantly to prevent burning.

Slowly pour in the broth while whisking to ensure the miso is fully dissolved. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain well.

Divide the cooked noodles into two bowls. Pour the hot miso broth over the noodles.

Top each bowl with the remaining tablespoon of butter (divided), sliced green onions, a soft-boiled egg, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
