Easy Chicken Lo Mein

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Lo mein noodles or spaghetti
- 1 pound Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Carrots, julienned
- 1 cup Snow peas
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced(optional)

Cook the lo mein noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar to create the sauce.

Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked through, then remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the pan and stir-fry the carrots and snow peas for 2-3 minutes until tender-脆.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the cooked noodles and chicken back into the pan, pouring the sauce mixture over everything.

Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the noodles evenly, then garnish with green onions.
