- 1 1/2 cups Dark chocolate chips (60% cacao or higher)
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Light brown sugar
- 3 pieces Large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Espresso powder(optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Flaky sea salt

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and 1 cup of the dark chocolate chips together in 30-second intervals until smooth.

Whisk the granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, whisking vigorously after each addition until the batter looks shiny and smooth.

Stir in the vanilla extract, then gently fold in the flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and kosher salt until just combined.
