  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast
  • 0.5 cup Basil pesto
  • 0.75 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 1 pinch Red pepper flakes(optional)

    Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized 1-inch cubes and season generously with salt and pepper.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer and sear until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Reduce the heat to medium-low. Pour in the heavy cream and basil pesto, stirring to combine with the chicken and pan juices.

    Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the chicken evenly.
