Steam the sweet corn kernels until tender and drain any excess water thoroughly.
Place the warm corn in a large mixing bowl and add the chopped onions and tomatoes.
Add the minced green chili, chaat masala, and red chili powder to the bowl.
Toss the ingredients together until the spices are evenly distributed over the corn.
Drizzle the fresh lime juice over the mixture and give it a final quick stir.
Garnish the corn bhel with plenty of freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Top with a generous layer of crunchy nylon sev and pomegranate arils just before serving.
Serve immediately to ensure the sev remains crunchy and the corn stays warm.
