- 4 servings Ramen noodles
- 6 cups Chicken stock
- 4 tablespoons Red miso paste
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
- 3 cloves Minced garlic
- 200 grams Ground pork
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 pieces Soft-boiled eggs(optional)
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 1 cup Bean sprouts(optional)
- 2 sheets Nori seaweed(optional)

Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add the ground pork to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles.

Pour in the chicken stock and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk the miso paste with a ladle of warm broth until smooth, then stir it back into the pot.

Add the soy sauce and taste the broth, adjusting seasoning if necessary, but do not let it boil vigorously once miso is added.

In a separate pot of boiling water, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.

Divide the noodles into four deep bowls and pour the hot miso broth over them.
