  • 8 slices Sourdough or white bread
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 8 leaves Iceberg or Romaine lettuce
  • 2 units Large beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt(optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper(optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

    Place bacon slices in a large cold skillet and cook over medium heat until crispy, turning occasionally.

    Transfer cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
