- 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella pearls
- 0.5 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 0.33 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze(optional)

Add the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss well to coat the strands in the garlic oil and tomato juices.
- 6
Remove from heat. Fold in the fresh mozzarella pearls and torn basil leaves.
- 7
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving if desired.
