Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 3 tablespoons Rice vinegar
- 5 sheets Nori (seaweed) sheets
- 8 ounces Imitation crab sticks
- 1 large Ripe avocado
- 1/2 whole English cucumber
- 2 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie)
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds(optional)
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Wasabi paste(optional)

Rinse the sushi rice until water runs clear, cook according to package instructions, then fold in rice vinegar and let cool to room temperature.

Cut the nori sheets in half to create rectangular strips roughly 4x7 inches.

Shred the imitation crab and mix it in a small bowl with the Japanese mayonnaise.

Slice the avocado and cucumber into thin, long matchsticks.

Place a half-sheet of nori in your palm (rough side up) and spread a thin layer of rice over the left third of the sheet.

Place the crab mixture, avocado, and cucumber diagonally across the center of the rice-covered section.

Fold the bottom-left corner of the nori over the fillings and roll tightly toward the top-right to form a cone shape.

Use a single grain of mashed rice at the edge of the nori to seal the cone shut and serve immediately with soy sauce.
