California Chicken Club Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 8 slices Bacon strips
- 12 slices Sourdough bread
- 2 whole Ripe Avocado, sliced
- 2 whole Beefsteak tomato, sliced
- 8 leaves Iceberg lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Sprouts (Alfalfa or Radish)(optional)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt and Black Pepper
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions

Season the chicken breast slices with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Grill or pan-sear the chicken over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked, then set aside.

In a separate skillet, fry the bacon until it reaches your desired level of crispiness, then drain on paper towels.

Toast all 12 slices of sourdough bread until golden brown.

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of all toasted bread slices.

Place a piece of chicken and a slice of Swiss cheese on the first slice of bread, then top with a second slice of bread.
