Ingredients
- 1 pound Fettuccine pasta
- 1 1/2 pounds Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 medium Red bell pepper, diced(optional)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped(optional)

Boil a large pot of salted water and cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente.

Slice chicken into thin strips and toss thoroughly with 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until cooked through and blackened, about 5-7 minutes; remove from pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic (and bell peppers if using) for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and remaining Cajun seasoning, bringing to a gentle simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Reduce heat to low and whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet, tossing well to coat every strand in the sauce.
